They continue to pretend that Marxism is a useful worldview. Evidence to the factual contrary , preserved in gruesome history ( and the current starvation of the Venezuelan and North Korean people ) notwithstanding , they insist on the efficacy of the destruction of capitalism.

And they do this while eating food produced by businessmen-farmers , driving cars manufactured by corporations , and wearing clothes created by designer-entrepreneurs … They fail to see the contradiction …

Bernie Sanders , always the consummate socialist , just recently declared that , “ If you write a bestselling book , you can be a millionaire , too ! ”…

Evidently unaware of the about-face he had just committed …

They believe , all evidence to the contrary , that humans are all basically good ( Not including Christians , Jews , white people  and men ) … Therefore any failings they’re faced with are the fault of “ society ” or , in other words , the aforementioned groups … Oh , and the NRA … Can’t forget them !!! …

As a corollary , they believe that war and crime can be easily erased by everyone “ just getting along “, which somehow doesn’t mean that they have to be kind to Christians , Jews , white people or men … Especially men who belong to the NRA !!! …

And I’ll finish up these samplings ( Before you read the entire article , hopefully ! ) with a point found within it that I’ve been stressing for years and years  …

They also think they can right the wrongs done to one group of long-dead people ( … by another group of long dead people ) by taking from modern-day people , who had nothing to do with the original transgression … And allowing ANOTHER modern-day group of people to pacify themselves in a blanketing ‘ pseudo righteous vengeance ‘…

Since the only three FULL games that I have watched all season ( one being the 4 – 2 loss on Sunday afternoon ) have all been losses … I’ve declared myself a curse and will do my usual and monitor the score at command central here.

1. Vanquish the ghosts

The Maple Leafs still haven’t proven they can advance to the second round or defeat the Bruins. It’s time for them to make the leap.

Even though the Maple Leafs will be playing in a building that has given them nightmares , they need to ignore the past and focus on the future , winning one game to elevate them to a place they haven’t been in more than a decade.

Because as everyone in Toronto would acknowledge : It’s time.

2. Replicate Game 6

The Bruins believed they played their best game of the series Sunday, even better than their 4-1 win in Game 2 in Boston. So the best way for the Bruins to defeat the Maple Leafs and move on is simple : Do exactly what they’ve already done.

Boston simplified its game , shot the puck and put pressure on Toronto. The Bruins did what they did best in the regular season , the same strategies that helped them finish second in the NHL standings with 107 points.

” We felt really good about our game ” Bruins defenseman Torey Krug said … ” I think it was one of the more complete efforts , closer to our DNA as a team in this series. It’s been something that we want to bottle up and use to our advantage going into next game. That’s what we’re trying to do.”

3. Take advantage of home ice

Though the Bruins were 29-9-3 at TD Garden in the regular season , they haven’t made home-ice advantage work for them in the playoffs , losing Game 1 and Game 5 in Boston. They’ll need to be better in front of the home crowd if they want to advance.

“We’ve played really well at home this year ” Bruins coach Bruce Cassidy said. ” If you get caught up in the matchups , maybe that’s something. When you’re on the road , you just put [ your players ] out there and then they have to react to it. So sometimes it’s almost easier , as far as a coach goes , coach on the road , pick your players and trust them to get the job done. That could have something to do with it.”

4. Special teams battle

The Bruins have taken advantage of power plays against a leaky Maple Leafs penalty kill , scoring seven goals on 16 chances ( 43.8 percent ). The question is whether Toronto can stay out of the box , or barring that , find a way to contain Boston’s power play.

5. Success at the dot

The Maple Leafs haven’t had a lot of success in the face-off circles during the playoffs. The Bruins have won 52.6 percent of face-offs in the series ( 184 of 350 ), giving them more possession and ability to control the puck.

Bruins center Patrice Bergeron won 17 of 23 face-offs in Game 6 ( 73.9 percent ) and has won 61.9 percent for the series ( 86 of 139 ).

A few more wins for the Maple Leafs, especially in the offensive zone, could go a long way.

If there has ever been a more “ How do you do , fellow kids ? ” moment by an official government website , I’d like to know. The website goes on to say “ No matter what ‘house’ you belong to , Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat ( TBS ) has various teams that we would love to use our ‘ sorting hat ’ to place you into.”

Finally , an opportunity all of those anxious Canadian wizards have been waiting for ! The wizard force will also be made of diverse candidates , as staff positions will be based partially on Employment Equality groups , such as :

“ Indigenous Persons , Visible Minorities and Persons with Disabilities ” These groups of people are “ encouraged to self-identify ”. ( Sorry , straight/white/able-bodied wizards. Looks like this may not be your year ) …

Although the wizard job employment numbers have not been released for 2019 thus far , it’s fantastic to see our tax dollars hard at work to ensure that we have a sufficient amount of wizards in our government.

Though wizardry positions are tough to come by, we should be thankful that we live in a country that ensures that hired wizards are sorted through a fair process and placed into the proper house. Wouldn’t want to put a Ravenclaw where a Hufflepuff should be !

Building Permit

Some have asked what I’ve been doing in retirement. Well, I applied for a building
permit for a new house. It was going to be 100 ft. tall and 400 ft. wide , with 12 gun
turrets at various heights , and windows all over the place and a loud outside
entertainment sound system. It would have parking for 200 cars , and I was going
to paint it snot green with pink trim.

The City Council told me ; “ Forget it … AIN’T GONNA HAPPEN ! ”

So , I sent in the application again , but this time I called it a “ Mosque.”

Work starts on Monday … And here is the best part , it’s going to be tax exempt !

I love this country. It’s the government that scares the shit out of me !

Speaking of mosques , remember the outrage at the mosques that were shot up in New Zealand ? Oh those poor Moslems !

What about the churches that were blown up in Sri Lanka ? Geez ! I wonder who was responsible for the 200+ Christians who were killed ? Oh , I’m sorr y, they weren’t Christians , they were “ Easter worshipers ”.

Do you think it might be members of the Religion of Peace® who were behind this ? And what about all of the churches in France that have been burned or desecrated over the last four years ?

I note there was a great deal of discussion yesterday about the Elites latest Newspeak word for ‘ Christians ’, i.e. ‘Easter worshippers.’

I will say it’s impressive how quickly and uniformly the Super-Elitist are capable of getting their freshly approved newspeak terms dispersed.

This latest newspeak entry in the Super-Elites lexicon – “ Easter Worshipper ” – was concocted by the same people who crafted “ Happy Holidays ” as a fine , politically correct substitute for “ Merry Christmas ”.

And using the term “ Easter Worshippers ” instead of “ Christians ” is totally In keeping with previously State sponsored , terms like ” Manmade Disasters ” for  terrorist attacks and  ” Kinetic Military Activity ” for war.

Just to ensure that everyone’s on the same page , let’s define the key terms here :

newspeak – noun : Ambiguous euphemistic language used chiefly in political propaganda, aka political correctness

political correctness – more of a cultural ethos than a noun : Organized Orwellian intolerance disguised as compassionate liberalism , aka newspeak
