A brief history lesson ;

Soviet Politburo member Nikolai Tikhonov exclaimed during a September 1981 debate over how to respond to the strikes and headline-grabbing protests by the Polish union , Solidarity. 

Another Politburo member suggested using the media to smear the independent Polish union to win the public relations battle : “ Both in ‘ Pravda ’ and in other newspapers we must organize statements of this sort. ” 

Another warned that the workers’ revolt might spread … Thus challenging the legitimacy of a system that appropriated the industrial worker’s hammer crossed with the agricultural worker’s scythe. “ Solidarity has decided not to confine itself solely to Poland. It is attempting to impose its subversive ideas on neighboring states and to interfere in their internal affairs.” He added a smear familiar to today’s ears , “ This is just what fascists do in creating brigades of stormtroopers. ”

The Soviet leaders faulted inadequate indoctrination decrying , “ The lack of training in Marxist-Leninist sciences in secondary school is taking its toll. With regard to the mass media , their current status does not correspond to what is needed. The Party is taking steps to restore order and reestablish control. But even that will still leave things far from normal … Ideological erosion stemming from the decline of Party-educational work among the masses , and the neglect of this work in the mass media , define the current situation in Poland. ” 

Then , like now , academics and media were a tool of first resort to suppress and smear political opposition.

In 1981 , the future prime minister of Canada had not yet turned 10 years old and was not yet designated Canada’s “ sexiest man alive. ” Yet there are clues that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau might have heard and absorbed Soviet anti-Solidarity propaganda. In response to the 2022 truckers’ convoy , Trudeau plagiarized the Soviets , claiming , “We won’t give in to those who fly racist flags. We won’t cave to those who engage in vandalism or dishonour [sic] the memory of our veterans.”

The media , perhaps responding to a Soviet-style call to “organize statements of this sort ” wrote , “ Images shared on social media during the weekend showed protesters waving flags with swastikas on them , as well as U.S. Confederate flags … Which civil rights groups say is a symbol of white supremacy. ” 

Claims linking the Canadian truckers’ convoy to Nazis appeared in the Guardian , Vox , NPR , the Atlantic, BBC, the ( ironically-named ) Independent , NBC , Reuters , the Washington Post , the New York Times , and many more. Each of those 10 sources contains a line similar to this , “ The truckers have been joined by various groups, including some displaying Nazi symbols and damaging public monuments ”…

None contained one picture or video to support the smear …

According to the catalog listing of the National Archives in Washington , this is the “ Windshield Removed from the Presidential Limousine that Carried President John F. Kennedy During the Assassination ”… It is still carrying its FBI evidence tab.

But is it ?

The Secret Service had the Presidential limousine shipped from Dallas to the White House garage the night of the assassination. Then they sent it to the Ford Factory at River Rouge in Detroit , where it was built , for refitting.

MORBNOTE ; Now , right off the bat ! … I’m thinkin’ to myself … ?! … Let’s see … The President of the United States just got assassinated … And somebody’s all fired up about ONE of the Executive Fleet limo’s windshield gettin’ replaced ASAP ?!!! … And even if so … Wouldn’t that be up to whomever’s in charge of the fleet ? … Plus I’m sure that’s not of a major concern at that moment …

BUT !!! … The SECRET SERVICE was right on top of it ?!!! … One of the PRIMARY duties of the SS is to ensure the safety of the President of the United States !!! … One would think that they’d be far more concerned about makin’ a complete balls o’ that , rather than a freakin’ windshield !!! … Anywho , back to Tom’s article …

When a senior manager there , George S. Whitaker , came to work two days after the assassination , he was ordered to immediately report to the glass plant lab. He was let in through locked doors and found two of his men had already removed the limousine windshield.

As Whitaker said in a recorded interview : “ And the windshield had a bullet hole in it , coming from the outside through … It was a good , clean bullet hole , right straight through , from the front … It was a hole , you could put a pencil through it … You could take a regular standard writing pencil … And stick [ it ] through there … And you can tell , when the bullet hits the windshield , like when you hit a rock or something , what happens ?… The back chips out and the front may just have a pinhole in it … This had a clean round hole in the front and fragmentation coming out the back.”

In an interview a few months later he added : “ The hole was about 4 or 6 inches to the right of the rear view mirror [ as viewed from the front ]. The impact had come from the front of the windshield. If you have spent 40 years in the glass [ illegible ] you know which way the impact was from ”…

Following their orders , Whitaker had his men use the old windshield as a template , create and install a new one , and then once again following orders , they ground up and destroyed the original windshield with the bullet hole in it. The refurbished limousine was then sent back to the Secret Service in Washington.

Hmmm … Ground up the ACTUAL windshield … Isn’t that ‘ destroying evidence ‘ in ANY type of case ?! …

“ The windshield was not penetrated by any bullet … A small residue of lead was found on the inside surface of the windshield ; on the outside of the windshield was a very small pattern of cracks immediately in front of the lead residue on the inside. The bullet from which this lead residue came was probably one of those that struck the President and therefore came from overhead and to the rear. Experts established that the abrasion in the windshield came from impact on the inside of the glass ”…

Again … Hmmmm …

Now , I ask you … Would George ( a man of FORTY years experience in the glass trade ! ) think THIS is a ‘ bullet hole ?!!! ;

The Warren Report details Oswald’s two hits for his three shots. All of them came from behind the limousine from Oswald’s “sniper’s nest” up on the 6th floor of the Dallas School Book Depository.

The first shot missed and nicked a bystander with a piece of the bullet or pavement. The first shot that hit Kennedy where he is clutching his throat, shown in frame 230, is the one the Commission claims was “the magic bullet.” This bullet, we were assured, entered Kennedy’s back, exited his throat and went into Governor John Connelly’s back then down his arm, shattering his wrist, and ended up in his thigh. The final bullet fired was the fatal headshot.

MORBNOTE ; This brings to mind that Seinfeld episode with Tony Hernandez and the ‘ magic lugy ‘ !!! LOL !!! …

There in frame 230 , in the Zapruder film as well as the Altgens , is that white spec on the left side of the windshield , in exactly the same place in all photos. It doesn’t take a ballistics genius to see , just looking at the Zapruder frame , that if one draws a straight line to the place Kennedy is clutching his throat to the white spec on the windshield …  And it IS a bullet hole , just as so many witnesses have said !!! … The line of fire extends to the FRONT of the limousine. And that means the first shot to hit Kennedy came from in front of him.

While one might well ask why the government would also evade a 1992 Records Act passed by Congress , signed by a president requiring ALL documents pertaining to the Assassination to be released by 2017-2018 , and deny full release under both Presidents Trump and Biden because of idiotic “ security practices concerns ”, that same question should be asked of many happenings in today’s State quagmire …

Perhaps because we now see the Federal Government had been destroying evidence, changing testimony, and intentionally lying to the American people for almost 60 years about the facts it knew well about the assassination of a beloved American president one November day in 1963 …

How Mike Pence Fell Short on January 6 – American Thinker

“ I heard this week that President Trump said I had the right to overturn the election. President Trump is wrong. I had no right to overturn the election ” Pence told a gathering of the Federalist Society in Orlando , Fla. “

” The presidency belongs to the American people and the American people alone. And frankly , there is no idea more un-American than the notion than any one person could choose the American president. Under the Constitution , I had no right to change the outcome of our election. ”

With only two weeks from Jan. 6 to Inauguration Day , there wouldn’t be enough time to conduct do-over elections in the disputed states , as the Texas case had urged in December. But because the illegalities in those states were just the most obvious problems , what Mike Pence should have done is to reject the certificates of ALL the states. And he should have executed the rejection with panache , by ceremoniously tearing up the certificates from the great states of Georgia and Pennsylvania , much like Nancy Pelosi tore up her copy of Pres. Trump’s last State of the Union speech. Pence should then have fed all the remaining certificates into a paper shredder , an appropriate end to an election irremediably corrupt.

Had Pence rejected all certificates , we’d have had a tie which would have thrown the presidential election into the House of Representatives.

Far more ‘ democratic ‘ than the ‘ dead of the night mystery votes ‘ swinging the election to Diaper Dan …

Biden Admin Urges Court Not To Allow Release Of ‘ Secret Report ’ On Dominion Voting Machines …

Top officials at a U.S. federal cybersecurity agency are urging a judge not to authorize at this time the release of a report that analyzes Dominion Voting Systems equipment in Georgia , arguing doing so could assist hackers trying to “ undermine election security ”…

No … You just want to delay as long as you can … Hopefully AFTER the midterms ! …

 The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency ( CISA ) was recently provided an unredacted copy of the report , which was prepared by J. Alex Halderman , director of the University of Michigan Center for Computer Security and Society.

The report discusses “ potential vulnerabilities in Dominion ImageCast X ballot marking devices ,” or electronic voting devices , according to the government.

While CISA supports public disclosure of any vulnerabilities and associated mitigation measures with election equipment , allowing the release of the report at this point “ increases the risk that malicious actors may be able to exploit any vulnerabilities and threaten election security ,” government lawyers said in a Feb. 10 filing in the case.

Again , these are the Biden administration’s ‘ government ‘ lawyers …

The case was brought in 2017 by good-government groups and voters who say the lack of paper ballots undermines the voting process.

U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg , an Obama nominee overseeing the case , was urged by CISA to reject attempts to release a redacted version of Halderman’s report for now.

CISA officials want to review the information in the report and help Dominion resolve the vulnerabilities identified before the report is released. They said they weren’t able to provide a date by which they’ll be finished.

Standing Up to Pee Gives Boys an Unfair Advantage in Physics 🧐

In the article entitled “Taking the pee out of physics: how boys are getting a leg-up“, Anna Wilson, Kate Wilson, and David Low argue with a straight face that peeing standing up provides an advantage for boys over girls. Explaining what prompted their conclusion about the advantages peeing standing up gives boys, the professors write,

“The gender gap in physics, and other related subjects including engineering, has long been a cause for concern.”

After casually going through a list of possible explanations for why young women might not perform as well in physics as do young men — things like lack of female physics teachers, cultural pressure and expectations, and gender bias in the teaching materials — they conclude: “there may be another reason, too.”

After noting that girls lag in areas of physics that deal with projectile motion, the article reveals:

“Like many parents of small (and not-so-small) boys, two of us (KW and DL) have observed the great delight young males take in urination, a process by which they produce and direct a visible projectile arc.”

Laying further groundwork for the assertion that standing up to pee aids in learning physics, the three detail the ways in which peeing standing up is a central yet fun part of the male life:

“The fact that boys (and men) play with their ability to projectile pee is hardly contentious. Super Bowl mask mandate ? … California ?!!! …

As mask mandates are being lifted across the country , and vaccine mandates are losing their legitimacy in the court of law , leave it to California , and Los Angeles in particular , to do the least practical thing imaginable.

The Health Department of Los Angeles has imposed vax and mask mandates , plus negative COVID testing for the 100,000-plus-person Super Bowl at SOFI Stadium this coming Sunday , in Inglewood , California.

No vax ?… No entry … No waivers for rich people … If you take your mask off ( Gavin Newsom , Eric Garcetti ) , you get one warning … Next infraction, physically escorted out the back gate. This applies to all 100,000-plus attendees … Extra police , National Guard , whatever is necessary. Maybe deputize LAUSD teachers and administrators. Organizers can set up a quarantine camp in the old Fabulous Forum next door.

And while we’re at it , because ” science “, the persons most at risk in the stadium are the players … Close contact , physical activity , mucus and sweat droplets everywhere … Players , coaches , referees , etc. … Everyone needs a mask !!! … 

No mask ? … No game !!! … PERIOD !  Mask falls below your nose ? … Ten-yard infraction.

If our kids are expected to continue to wear masks ( as is the plan in California ) , irrespective of their being the least at-risk population on the planet , then players , coaches , referees , executives , celebrities , politicians , media , attendees , et al. should be forced to comply with the COVID diktats to the letter.

Judge Blasts Justice Department …

A D.C. District Court judge overseeing numerous Capitol protest cases today accused the Justice Department of repeatedly falsifying the location of Vice President-elect Kamala Harris during the afternoon of January 6, 2021.

Judge Trevor McFadden , a Trump appointee ( Go figure ! ) , openly doubted the validity of trespassing charges against Nicholas Rodean , indicted last March on several counts for his participation in the protest on Capitol Hill.

In a blistering order filed today , McFadden told prosecutors that “ the government has a big problem ” noting that Rodean’s indictment still contained the Justice Department’s original claims about Harris …

“ The superseding indictment says that then Vice President-elect Harris was at the Capitol when Rodean entered it … She was not  ” McFadden wrote … “ News outlets reported this mere days after January 6.”

“ Because of the misleading charges the Government has brought against Rodean , the Court will not allow Secret Service witnesses to testify generally about the presence of protected individuals. Section 1752(a) ( the misdemeanor statute ) requires the presence of an individual under Secret Service protection. If the Government wishes to continue to pursue this misdemeanor charge , it must be prepared to fully prove it.”
