Brampton Mayor speaks out on misleading COVID hospital data …
It’s a phenomenon doctors and officials have known about for months, but haven’t been all that forthcoming about.
It’s what’s known as incidental hospitalizations — people who are included in the Ontario government’s daily count of people in hospital with COVID-19, but who aren’t actually in hospital for the virus.
Instead, they’ve gone to hospital for something completely different and just happen to test positive for the virus upon arrival but aren’t at all suffering from it.
Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown is now looking to draw attention to this under-reported issue, which is only getting bigger. “I’ve been told it’s about 50% of cases,” Brown said in a phone interview with the Sun , referring specifically to Brampton hospitals.
This means the actual number of people in hospital with COVID-19 throughout Ontario may be half of what the official numbers indicate.
“It speaks to the fact that the hospitalization numbers are better than we think they are,” Brown said, echoing comments he made at a televised press conference Tuesday morning.
“If you’re looking at case counts higher than we’ve ever seen before but hospitalizations that haven’t really budged, that’s a really powerful insight into what we’re dealing with.”
The greater presence of omicron in society only increases the chances that someone turning up at hospital for something like a broken leg will just happen to test positive for COVID-19 and skew the hospital data.
This is something Dr. Neil Rau, an infectious diseases physician in the GTA, is seeing play out on the ground.
“Any of the people who were in hospital with a positive COVID test that I saw were admitted not because of omicron but as an incidental finding,” Rau said of his past few weeks of hospital shifts.
“We have a problem in this province of counting cases that test positive but aren’t due to the disease.”
One other challenge, according to Rau, is that the sensitivity of PCR tests is such that they can pick up very old positives that are basically meaningless.
“You’re picking up people who are positive with a historic infection,” Rau explained.

Florida Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz has been pushing the idea of Donald Trump becoming Speaker of the House.
In an interview at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest convention, Gaetz spoke about the 2022 midterm elections and Republicans having a strong chance to regain control of the U.S. House.
While speaking with Jordan Conradson, Gaetz spoke about the idea of Trump becoming the next House Speaker and how Republicans could make that happen given Trump is a private citizen.
In November, former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows appeared on Steve Bannon’s “War Room” podcast and mentioned the idea and how fantastic it would be to see current House Speaker and California Rep. Nancy Pelosi hand the gavel to Trump.
“I would love to see the gavel go from Nancy Pelosi to Donald Trump. You talk about melting down … people would go crazy,” he said.

What Manchin wants
Manchin has said he wants to:
- Adjust the tax code and undo some Trump-era tax cuts that helped the wealthy.
- Reduce drug prices.
- Set stricter conditions on a child-poverty credit. Namely, a work requirement for parents and an income limit so the wealthy don’t qualify.
- Revise the environmental part of Build Back Better. A former fossil-fuel executive with deep financial ties to the industry, Manchin complains about parts of the party’s green agenda.
- But it’s unclear what changes he’d demand. On Monday, he said people earning $500,000 US a year shouldn’t be getting a tax credit to buy an electric vehicle.
What the Hell is wrong with any of that ?!!! …
- There are the macroeconomic effects, with Goldman Sachs cutting one percentage point off its growth forecast for the U.S. for the first quarter next year after Manchin’s move.
WTF cares about ‘ one percentage point ‘ of totally non-existent ‘ growth ‘ in a ‘ forecast ‘ ?!!! …
- The $1.75-trillion US legislation would have been funded through tax changes, such as a minimum tax of 15 per cent on the foreign profits of U.S. corporations abroad.

In politics , the equation is simple : You start with a crisis … In this case , inflation. If enough people worry about the crisis , they will blame current leadership in Washington , D.C. And blame eventually becomes change.
Public opinion suggests historic change is on the way. Nearly 90 percent of Americans are “ highly concerned ” about inflation , with many planning to cut back on spending … A vicious cycle for a consumer-driven economy. The crisis has been clearly identified.
Now … On to blame. With President Biden’s approval rating cratering , American voters now favor Republicans on handling the economy by an unprecedented 18 percentage points … A record gap. Nearly 70 percent of Americans specifically disapprove of President Biden’s handling of inflation. The more Democrats celebrate 1.5-cent drops in gas prices , the larger the gap will grow. The more they preach about electric cars or tell coal miners to “ learn to code ” … And they will , the redder the wave becomes.
How does the $2 trillion “ Build Back Better ” plan … tax-and-spend behemoth … Cure America’s inflation ills ?…
Newsflash : It doesn’t. Wasn’t “ free ” money the problem in the first place ?… Yes , it was. Democrats should heed the recent advice of Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) , “ We can’t afford to continue to flood the market as we’ve done.”

Diversity , equality , inclusion … Perhaps we should orchestrate a switcheroo here !!! …
Diversity , Equity , Inclusion (DEI) amounts to the complaint that there are too many white males on the faculty and the demand that this be radically changed , forthwith. It would appear , at least to the grievants , that females , ” people of color ” ( ” colored people ” is no longer allowed to be said at university , despite the continued existence of the National Association of Colored People ) and members of the LGBT community cannot really learn from straight white male professors. Students with these characteristics , it turns out , need role models in the professoriate from their own demographics if they are to prosper in higher education. Numerous academic job notifications now routinely require adherence to DEI sensibilities.
Proportionality … Many people expect that absent racial , sexual and other types of discrimination , all groups would be equally represented in all aspects of the labor market. But as the insightful work of Thomas Sowell has demonstrated , this is simply not the case. The National Basketball Association comprises about 75% blacks , who make up only some 13% of the overall population. Players in the National Football League are roughly 70% black. Is this due to the fact that the NFL and the NBA discriminate against whites and Asians ? Of course not. These sports leagues will sign up anyone , even people with chartreuse-colored skin and covered with pink and blue polka dots , provided … only ! , that they are world-class athletes with the requisite skills. Should we , in any case , kick out of the NFL and the NBA as many splendid black athletes as needed so as to attain proportional racial representation ? That would solve one ” problem ,” but then many college teams would likely be able to beat these professionals , unless of course we employed the same procedure for them … And so on down the line.
Jews make up slightly less than 2% of the population but somewhat more than 14% of doctors , about 20% of lawyers , and some 25% of Ivy League professors. Maybe what we should do is transfer the ” excessive ” numbers of Jews out of these three professions and into the NFL and NBA and do the reverse for blacks — that is , enroll them as doctors , lawyers and professors. This would appear to be the ” logical ” implication of those who wish to see a professoriate that ” looks like America.”
A similar ” problem ” arises with male and female representation. Women dominate the profession of nursing ( 91% to 9% ) , while men predominate in engineering (87% to 13%). Perhaps we should orchestrate a similar type of switcheroo here ? Again , this is nothing but the logical implication of the DEI philosophy now endangering institutions of higher learning.

Real information is about to burst onto the scene …
“AstraZeneca uncovers what’s triggering blood clots after its jab” reads a recent headline from Mail Online.
“Oh, oh, oh!” one feels like exclaiming. So, it is true, after all. After nearly one year of stonewalling and denials, they officially admit that the Covid vaccines can, in fact, cause blood clots.
This will undoubtedly come as a great shock to those who believe the mainstream media narratives where all talk of vaccine injury has been hitherto dismissed as “misinformation” by those right wing anti-vaxxers.
We have been repeatedly told that only crazy people would believe that the Covid vaccines could be dangerous. After all, scientists and public health officials have always reassured us that these vaccines are “completely safe and effective.”
It turns out, however, that the mantra “completely safe and effective” is not true, since those crack scientists who devised these vaccines now admit that their product can also generate blood clots.
But we should not worry too much about it, because they also helpfully inform us that they may have discovered what in their vaccines causes these deadly side effects:
“They found that the shell of the vector vaccine — the weakened cold virus used to teach cells how to neutralise Covid — sometimes acts like a magnet and attracts platelets, a protein found in the blood. For reasons the scientists are still probing, the body then mistakes these platelets as a threat and produces antibodies to fight them. The combination of the platelets and the antibodies clumping together leads to the formation of dangerous blood clots.” [emphasis added]
Congratulations on that discovery, but it comes a little late in the game after hundreds of millions of doses of AstraZeneca have been injected into people’s bodies world-wide.
To forestall such unpleasant situations from arising, vaccines are normally required to undergo extensive testing, which is a process that usually take several years.
Such bothersome procedures, however, were largely jettisoned when it came to the Covid vaccines, which underwent only a few months’ worth of testing before they were rolled out. Only phase 1 and 2 of the trials could be said to have been completed – and that hastily – before emergency authorization was given to start mass administration. At this time, the public is forced to participate in phase 3 and 4 of the trials and, unsurprisingly, people are suffering all kinds of “unforeseen” side effects.
One only wonders what other deadly side effects we will discover in the months and years ahead.
One thing seems quite certain at this point: these vaccines are not nearly as safe as originally advertised.
Consider the chart below which expresses data in the VAERS database. As you may know, VAERS stands for Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, which is a US government-run facility that collects information about vaccine side effects.
The chart depicts the number of yearly death reports following vaccination for the last thirty years. It shows that the numbers held relatively steady from 1990 until 2020 and were generally under 500 cases per year. This changed dramatically toward the end of 2020 when the Covid vaccines were introduced. At that point, we see a rapid explosion of death reports. So exponential is the increase that the graph line shoots up almost vertically.

It should be a matter of grave concern that in the last 12 months there were more reports of vaccine-related deaths than in the previous 29 years combined.
In light of this, how can anybody in their right mind claim that these vaccines are “perfectly safe”?
In the past, vaccines used to be recalled if a few dozen deaths were shown to have been caused directly by the vaccine.
In the UK alone 73 deaths have already been linked directly to vaccine produced clots. This, however, is a gross understatement of reality as most vaccine deaths are not reported as such and fewer still are properly investigated. The 73 figure only represents the uppermost tip of the iceberg.
The question is why these vaccines are still being mass administered given what we know of the dangers they pose.
Even more astonishingly, why are we vaccinating children given that the risk to healthy children of severe Covid is virtually zero.
A large German study has recently found that in the first 15 months of the pandemic, not one healthy child in the 5-18 demographic died of Covid.
Even before the German study came out, the New York Times observed that for children “the danger of severe Covid is so low as to be difficult to quantify.”
Why, then, are we exposing children to the risk of blood clots and other serious conditions – such myocarditis and pericarditis – given that they are at negligible peril of serious Covid?
Vaccinating children becomes even more nonsensical, since we now know that the vaccines do not protect against infection.
What we are doing to our children by injecting them with these unsafe substances is simply unconscionable.
“Yes,” Mabel, “these vaccines are perfectly safe and effective. And they are good for children as well.”
To believe this, you must either be from Mars or listen to the mainstream media.

The ‘ Media ‘ Menace
Biden and others continue with their bald-faced lies that Build Back Better will lower inflation, that no one making under $400,000 will see taxes rise, and the bill will be fully paid for. The media knows this yet does not block him from spreading the misinformation. They never blocked anyone from spreading the Russian disinformation either.
Social media outlets routinely censor people they disagree with by saying they are blocking misinformation. Facebook, in a defense to a defamation suit admitted that the “fact checks” were nothing more than opinions. It has been obvious for a long time that the fact checkers haven’t cared about facts. They, like most supposed journalists, are campaigning for an agenda.
Facebook asserts in a court filing that ‘fact checks’ created by third-party organizations and used to remove content or to suspend users are nothing more than “protected opinions”. Basically, when Facebook and other media outlets claim they are silencing people because of facts, they are lying. They are silencing people they disagree with.
Is There A Deal With Chauvin , Or Is He Messin’ With’em ? …

MINNEAPOLIS — Former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin appears to be on the verge of pleading guilty to violating George Floyd ‘s civil rights, according to a notice sent out Monday by the court’s electronic filing system.
The federal docket entry shows a hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday for Chauvin to change his current not guilty plea in the case. These types of notices indicate a defendant is planning to plead guilty. The court system also sent out instructions for media to attend the hearing.
Chauvin has already been convicted of state murder and manslaughter charges for pinning his knee against Floyd’s neck as the Black man said he couldn’t breathe during a May 25, 2020 arrest. He was sentenced to 22 1/2 years in that case.
He and three other former officers — Thomas Lane, J. Kueng and Tou Thao — were set to go to trial in late January on federal charges alleging they willfully violated Floyd’s rights.
Floyd’s arrest and death, which a bystander captured on cellphone video, sparked mass protests nationwide that called for an end to racial inequality and police mistreatment of Black people.

LONDON — At least one person has died in the United Kingdom after contracting the Omicron coronavirus variant, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Monday, the first publicly confirmed death globally from the swiftly spreading strain.
Since the first Omicron cases were detected on Nov. 27 in the United Kingdom, Johnson has imposed tougher restrictions and on Sunday cautioned that the variant could overcome the immune defenses of those inoculated with two shots of vaccines.
Britain gave no details on the death or whether the patient had been been vaccinated or had underlying health issues. Deaths from Omicron may have occurred in other countries but none has been publicly confirmed yet outside Britain. South Africa’s health ministry said it was unable to say with certainty if any of its COVID-19 deaths were caused by Omicron as deaths were not broken down by variant.
“Sadly at least one patient has now been confirmed to have died with Omicron,” Johnson told reporters at a vaccination center in London.
The variant now accounted for around 40% of infections in the capital, he said.
“So I think the idea that this is somehow a milder version of the virus – I think that’s something we need to set on one side – and just recognize the sheer pace at which it accelerates through the population.”
Johnson said people should rush to get booster vaccines to protect “our freedoms and our way of life.”
The UK Health Security Agency said Omicron can overcome the immunity of those who have had two shots of vaccines such as AstraZeneca or Pfizer-BioNTech.
In Geneva, the World Health Organization said Omicron — reported in more than 60 countries — poses a “very high” global risk, with some evidence that it evades vaccine protection but clinical data on its severity is limited.
Considerable uncertainties surround Omicron, first detected last month in southern Africa and Hong Kong, whose mutations may lead to higher transmissibility and more cases of COVID-19 disease, the WHO said in a technical brief issued on Sunday.
“The overall risk related to the new variant of concern Omicron remains very high for a number of reasons,” it said, reiterating its first assessment of Nov. 29.
It added there were early signs that vaccinated and previously infected people would not build enough antibodies to ward off an infection from Omicron, resulting in high transmission rates and “severe consequences.”
