European governments are using the coronavirus pandemic to grant mass amnesties to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants from Africa , Asia and the Middle East. While Europe is experiencing an economic shock without precedent , and tens of millions of Europeans have lost their livelihoods , migrants in Europe illegally are being showered with free housing and healthcare …

Welcome to law and order in the age of William Barr. Against the tableau of a raging pandemic and job market in freefall , on Thursday the justice department announced that it would be dropping its case against Michael Flynn , the president’s short-tenured national security adviser.

First of all ,  that ” job market freefall ” is being cheered by the Democraps , BSMedia and all the little minded Trump haters !!! Secondly , imagine what things would like if this occurred when Obamnuts had the economy already in a shambles … Mind you , the Jingpinger probably would have contained this , in that case , they need the USA to exploit … But with Trump Chinkyland is losin’ …

The fact that Flynn had pleaded guilty and Donald Trump had previously accused him of lying to the vice-president no longer mattered. These days , Trump was claiming that Flynn had been exonerated and , after all , Barr was the president’s obedient servant. His tweets were Barr’s commands.

To say ‘ fact ‘ is a bit misleading … Flynn was cerced into pleading guilty via threats to go after his son … As for Trump , he just got into office … He needed to sort out the swamp creatures for himself … In this case , he just listened to other … Including Comey !!! … We all know what the Trumpster thinks of the former FBI head now , after having some time to sort thru it himself …

To be sure , Barr had already been there before with Trump and decades earlier with George HW Bush.

When was there ‘ before with Trump ‘?!!! …

Little more than a year ago , after Robert Mueller had relayed his conclusions to the justice department , Barr issued a summary that distorted the special counsel’s report and turned them into a wholesale vindication of the president. When Mueller complained in writing of Barr’s deceit , Barr became “ pissed ” , thought Mueller’s letter “ nasty ” and felt personally “ betrayed ”. Supposedly , the two men had been friends.

The way Mueller presented his ‘ case ‘… An investigation that produced ZERO evidence of collusion with a foreign government , but worded it as such to be politically damaging , leaving doubt … Barr simply clarified the ‘ facts ‘ produced no evidence … Case closed …

It … THEY !!! … Go on and on ! … And sadly , there’s far too many people that a ) don’t pay enough attention to these , somewhat , complicated legal , political entanglements and b )  too goddam stupid and get brainwashed easily into believing it to be true …

U.S./ Justice Department dropping criminal case against Michael Flynn …

The U.S. Justice Department on Thursday said it is dropping its criminal case against President Donald Trump’s first national security adviser , Michael Flynn , abandoning a prosecution that became a rallying cry for Trump and his supporters in attacking the FBI’s Russia investigation.

The move is a stunning reversal for one of the signature cases brought by special counsel Robert Mueller. It comes even though prosecutors for the past three years had maintained that Flynn had lied to the FBI about his conversations with the Russian ambassador in a January 2017 interview. Flynn himself admitted as much , and became a key co-operator for Mueller as he investigated ties between Russia and the 2016 Trump presidential campaign.

In court documents being filed Thursday , the Justice Department says it is dropping the case ” after a considered review of all the facts and circumstances of this case , including newly discovered and disclosed information.” The documents were obtained by The Associated Press.

The Justice Department said it had concluded that Flynn’s interview by the FBI was ” untethered to , and unjustified by , the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation into Mr. Flynn ” and that the interview on Jan. 24, 2017 , was ” conducted without any legitimate investigative basis.”

The U.S. attorney reviewing the Flynn case , Jeff Jensen , recommended the move to Attorney General William Barr last week and formalized the recommendation in a document this week.

” Through the course of my review of General Flynn’s case , I concluded the proper and just course was to dismiss the case ” Jensen said in a statement. ” I briefed Attorney General Barr on my findings , advised him on these conclusions , and he agreed.”

Fauci knew about HCQ in 2005 … Nobody needed to die …

Dr. Anthony Fauci , whose “ expert ” advice to President Trump has resulted in the complete shutdown of the greatest economic engine in world history , has known since 2005 that chloroquine is an effective inhibitor of coronaviruses.

How did he know this ?…

Because of research done by the National Institutes of Health , of which he is the director. In connection with the SARS outbreak – caused by a coronavirus dubbed SARS- CoV – the NIH researched chloroquine and concluded that it was effective at stopping the SARS coronavirus in its tracks. The COVID-19 bug is likewise a coronavirus , labeled SARS-CoV-2. While not exactly the same virus as SARS-CoV-1 , it is genetically related to it, and shares 79% of its genome , as the name SARS-CoV-2 implies. They both use the same host cell receptor , which is what viruses use to gain entry to the cell and infect the victim …

Trump tours , touts mask factory … but no mask for him …

U.S. President Donald Trump

Making himself Exhibit A for reopening the country , President Donald Trump visited an Arizona face mask factory Tuesday , using the trip to demonstrate his determination to see an easing of stay-at-home orders even as the coronavirus remains a dire threat. Trump did not wear a mask despite guidelines saying they should be worn inside the factory at all times.

” The people of our country should think of themselves as warriors. We have to open ” Trump declared as he left Washington on a trip that was more about the journey than the destination.

” I’m not saying anything is perfect , and yes , will some people be affected ? Yes. Will some people be affected badly ? Yes. But we have to get our country open and we have to get it open soon ” he said.

Trump had said he would don a face mask if the factory was ” a mask environment ” but in the end he wore only safety goggles during a tour of the Honeywell facility. Nearly all factory workers and members of the press as well as some White House staff and Secret Service agents wore masks. Senior White House staff and Honeywell executives did not.

Trump sees economic revival as a political imperative , as his allies have noted an erosion in support for the president in recent weeks. Republicans believe Trump’s path to a second term depends on the public’s perception of how quickly the economy rebounds from shutdowns meant to slow the spread of the virus.

That includes in Arizona, a key swing state, which Trump carried by less than 4 percentage points in 2016.

This , again , is OPINION , not fact … How does this individual KNOW ‘ what Trump sees ” ?! … It is this person bringing ‘ politics ‘ into the conversation … The writer is inaccurately trying to state as fact that all the President’s actions are based solely on political gain … Not even entertaining the thought that he could be trying to solve a complicated dilemma for the citizens of the country he leads …

Asked about his statements in February playing down the threat of the virus , Trump told ABC in an interview that medical experts also had underestimated the risk and added : ” I want to be optimistic. I don’t want to be Mr. Doom and Gloom. It’s a very bad subject. I’m not looking to tell the American people when nobody really knows what is happening yet , `Oh this is going to be so tragic.”‘

WTF is wrong with that ?!!! … What do you want ANY President … ‘ LEADER ‘ of the people , to say …” Oh you’re all going to get sick and lose your homes and your grand parents and and aunts and uncles will die … BOO HOO ” …

Trump has been repeatedly talking up the administration’s response to the virus , despite persistent criticism that he dragged his feet and failed to adequately increase production of personal protective equipment and testing supplies.

Funny how all the BSMedia jumped on him for acting too soon in the beginning , then conveniently did a 180 and started trying to sell the BS that he acted too late when they saw that he was right … They are all stuck … LODGED in the quagmire of defeat in the year 2016 … They just can’t come to terms with the fact they lost an election …

When no clue … Throw someone else’s money around ! …

The reopening of the Canadian economy has barely begun to begin , but Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer is already convinced that the Liberal government is failing at it.

” At a time when our economy needs stimulus , Justin Trudeau has given it a tranquilizer ” Scheer said Monday.

Scheer’s source of concern is the Canadian Emergency Response Benefit, which Conservatives fear will now act as a disincentive to work and a drag on the economic recovery. The program should be amended so that it ” always pays more to work ” Scheer said during Parliament’s virtual sitting on Tuesday.

The emergency relief benefit — which pays $2,000 per month for up to four months — was a quick measure to assist those individuals who couldn’t do their jobs because of the pandemic.

The argument that it might act as a ” tranquilizer ” going forward is based , in part , on the fact that an individual can only earn up to $1,000 per month while remaining eligible to receive the CERB.

If Scheer believes that it should always pay more to work, he presumably would have to support actions to ensure that all workers are earning comfortably more than $2,000 per month …

The writer of this article is oblivious to the oblivious to the many other options here , rather than dole out MORE tax payer dollars , the government could give LESS in the form of CERB to those who haven’t DIRECTLY lost gainful employment to this pandemic …

This has got me written all over it !!! …

It’s generally not wise to voluntarily take up to a 36 percent reduction in income, especially if that income is paid for life. But that’s exactly what happens to retirees who elect to take CPP at age 60.

I’m a big proponent of delaying CPP up to age 70 to help protect against longevity risk and enhance your monthly pension benefit in retirement. Only a small percentage of retirees do so, however, as many prefer to take CPP as soon as they’re eligible.

Taking CPP early may not be the most optimal financial decision but there are a few cases where it can make sense. Here are three reasons to take CPP at age 60:

1). You Need to Eat and Pay the Bills

Maybe you were laid off in the latter stages of your career and struggled to return to the workforce, or you had to retire early due to poor physical health. Whatever the case, you’re about to turn 60 and need to build an income stream.

Simply put, without sufficient income or personal savings to carry you through your 60s you may have no choice but to take CPP as early as possible.

The earliest you can take your CPP benefits is one month after your 60th birthday. Doing so means a 36 percent permanent reduction in your monthly benefit, but that’s still money in your pocket today.

The maximum payment amount for taking CPP at age 65 is $13,855 per year. That amount would be reduced to $8,867 per year if you elect to take CPP at 60.

Taking that nearly $9,000 at age 60 could mean the difference between meeting your retirement income goals or not, and that needs to be weighed against having to wait five years for an extra $5,000 (or so) a year.

Finally, if you’re sure that you will be eligible for the Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS) once you reach 65, it’s generally a good idea to take CPP at age 60.

2). You Have a Reduced Life Expectancy

The biggest mystery in retirement planning is that we don’t know how long our money needs to last because we don’t know when we’ll die.

By age 60 you may have some idea. Whether it’s genetics, poor health, or the results from your 23andMe test, if you have any reason to suspect a shortened life expectancy then taking CPP at 60 can make good financial sense.

Understand your breakeven point for taking CPP early. For instance, you’ll be ahead financially if you take CPP at age 60 and don’t live past age 69. If you make it to 85, then the optimal age to take CPP is 69.

For context, a 60-year-old Canadian, on average, can expect to live another 25 years. So if you’re playing the averages then it’s best to delay CPP.

Lastly, if you’re thinking about taking CPP early because of poor health, you should apply for a CPP disability pension instead. If approved, the CPP disability amount will always be higher than a retirement pension and it will convert to a full retirement pension at 65.

3.) You Have No Contributions from age 55 to 60

Did you retire at age 55? Or maybe leave your career as a salaried employee to start a business in your fifties? Business owners can choose to pay themselves dividends rather than a salary, and therefore would not have to make CPP contributions. How do those years of zero contributions affect your CPP retirement benefit?

When you take CPP at 60, your benefits are based on your best 35 years of earnings, rather than your best 39 years of earnings if you were to take it at 65. Depending on your earnings from age 18 to 54, your CPP payments might still be close to the maximum if you take it at age 60, but it will definitely be reduced if you wait until age 65.

Gotta look more closely into this in the next few days … I have a new project to go with the ongoing one I already have ; Attempting to extend disability EI claim in the middle of all this Chinky Virus BS ! …
