We’re two weeks into spring but it looks like winter didn’t get the memo.Environment Canada is forecasting snow and below seasonal temperatures for the next couple of days following a spring storm early this week which brought significant rainfall …

The weather agency issued a wind warning for Toronto on Wednesday with winds expected to gust up to 90 km/hr. It was caused by an arctic cold front blast across the region early Wednesday morning. The winds are expected to die down in the evening as the temperature drops to a low of -4 C with 30 per cent chance of flurries …

On Thursday, it will be mainly cloudy with 30 per cent chance of flurries. Snow will develop in the evening as the temperature dips down to -3 C. The snow will taper down by Friday morning but flurries will continue for the rest of the day with a high of 2 C …The sun will peek out on the weekend but there will be no warm up on the way . On Saturday , it will be a mix of sun and cloud with a high of 1 C and a 40 per cent chance of flurries … Sunny conditions is also expected for Sunday with a high of 3 C.Environment Canada is expecting sunny conditions and cool temperatures to persist early next week …

So much for my hopes that this would be the last week of shit weather !!! … The past two days the wind has been blowin’ the treetop around my upstairs window here !!!…
