8:32 P.M. Dear Matthew Fisher … The people in charge of this shiite have NO IDEA !!! …

This from a rather seasoned , veteran , political reporter ;

As of Monday there have been more than 200 complaints filed about alleged sexual assaults committed , police have suggested , by a gauntlet of Arab immigrants and asylum seekers in Cologne on New Year’s Eve. The hysteria that these allegations have provoked in Germany has put Chancellor Angela Merkel’s Herculean refugee project at great risk …

It was 14 years ago in Peshawar , Pakistan , that I got my first visceral lesson about the huge gap between western attitudes and those of some young Muslim men regarding women. A protest had been organized against the U.S. for blaming the 9/11 attacks on Al-Qaeda and bombing the group’s redoubts in Afghanistan. President George W. Bush was being burned in effigy. Tear gas was being fired by police. A donnybrook was in the making. A Canadian reporter on her first assignment in the region asked if she might tag along with me. Parts of her body were black and blue, she said, from having been pinched the day before by men who had made plain their contempt for her and had threatened her with sexual violence. I scoffed at what she told me. But she was so adamant that I eventually relented and we set off together to witness the violence. A few hours later I separately asked two American women with long reporting experience in the Middle East and South Asia what I should make of my young colleague’s claims. They told me that exactly the same thing had happened to them in Peshawar and many times elsewhere besides.

A few days later I was given a tour of Peshawar University by a professor who had taken his doctorate in Quebec. He spoke with great affection of his time in Canada, his passion for the Les Canadiens, his admiration for the Quebec lifestyle and his desire to return there one day as an immigrant. We were having a jolly time until a small group of young women walked by. To my eye they were conservatively dressed but not covered head to toe in Afghan-stye burqas that were commonplace on the campus. The professor’s reaction to this scene was to go nuts. Denouncing the women loudly in Pushto, he turned to me and shrieked that they had insulted their religion and were a disgrace to their families. Their parents should never have allowed them to leave home dressed so immodestly.

While travelling two years later from Baghdad to the holy Shiite city of Najaf with an interpreter/fixer and a driver, I got another extraordinary lesson about the sharp difference in cultural perceptions that can exist on attitudes towards women. During the long, hot journey — which occurred soon after the U.S. invasion when it was still possible to travel safely around most of Iraq — the fixer boasted about how easy it had been for him to form intimate attachments with English women while studying at Birmingham University. Later, the conversation turned to families. I was asked what I would do if I saw my sister speaking on the street with someone I didn’t know. I explained that I did not have any sisters but that if I had I supposed that when I next saw her I might, out of curiosity, ask her who she had been talking with. The fixer and the driver seized upon my answer as proof that I did not love or respect my family. What they would have done in such a circumstance, they said, was beat her — or worse — because she had dishonoured her family by speaking with a man to whom she was not closely related.

MORBNOTE ; Our politicians just look at these people that are from a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ERA as ‘ a tax base ‘ that THEY don’t have to interact with … One cannot let this mindset just freely arrive upon our shores and GIVE them the benefits of our society … That WE HERE have built … As opposed to the effort they put forth for the country they fled … And expect them to assimilate problem free … Communicate .. Interact … Be productive  …

MOST IMPORTANTLY ! … Leave your pagan background and history behind and YOU adapt to THIS society … Otherwise get back on the plane , ship or fuckin’ raft you arrived on and go deal with the mess you left …
